Charter Communications has to be the worst internet provider in the freaking WORLD. They are so horrible. Not a day goes by when we don't lose service for some amount of time even if it's only short. That's ridiculous. When we had DSL it never went out ONCE in all the years we had it. We have had them out countless times and it's always some new story. They changed out the modem, they changed out the cable box, they have to do some work outside, the substation is having trouble, etc etc. I wish they'd just fix their crap equipment once and for all.
