Charter is Crazy!

Charter just interrupted my music channel (Music Choice "Soundscapes") for an Emergency Broadcast of The Young and the Restless. Honestly Charter, if I wanted to watch a dumbass soap opera I would be doing it! Someone needs to tell them what the Emergency Alert System is actually for.
