So I found intermittent relief by bringing some water with some oregano and thyme just to a boil then making a tent with a towel and breathing in the steam. Standing in the shower for a while helped too. The weirdest thing is that it gets a bit better if I'm standing up and worse if I'm sitting. Even when I'm careful to hold my head the same way. It's bizarre.
